Meek £10 NETBALL FOR ALL Netball For All (formerly Little Sutton Netball) Club is now open to all girls in years 4, 5 6 across the cluster. We train on a Saturday morning at Arthur Terry. The cost is £3 per session paid termly. Initially the girls are put into the first session which begins promptly at 9:15 am, after Christmas they will be put into ability groups (loosely speaking this is likely to be year groups). Initial costs will be club t shirts £5 (this has their name on) and affiliation to England Netball £5 which is their insurance (this runs September to September). All volunteers are CRB checked. In the summer months all girls will be included in the little league competition which involves them being put into a team for the term and competing against one another in league fixtures. We are not a league club, we want the girls to learn and develop the basic skills of netball in a fun, relaxed all inclusive environment; we do however have club links to Newhall (key stage 2) and trial dates for Boldmere and Parkside will be given out to Year 6s. After Year 6, if the girls decide not to enter league netball, they can stay on with us at Arthur Terry – we currently has girls in Years 7, 8 9 – at this stage, in addition to participating, they will be encouraged to assist coaching the youngsters and develop umpiring skills (if they wish). Due to restrictions in place at Arthur Terry, girls will have to be dropped off and collected from the front door of the main reception. They will need to bring a drink, hair must be tied back and absolutely no jewellery is allowed – if they have recently had their ears pierced, they must arrive taped over (this is the single biggest time waster we face and detracts from the netball). We look forward to meeting you all over the next few weeks and if you have any questions at all please contact us at CHRISTMAS CHOIR
