On Tuesday 9th April 2019, thirty Arthur Terry students across all year groups enjoyed a day’s climbing adventure at ‘Rock Up’ Birmingham in Broadway Plaza.
The students who took part were Fraser Cook, Emily Peasland, Joseph Williams, Lucy Thewlis, Myla Brookes, Jake Rainsbury, Ella Plimmer, Joseph O’Brien Rimmer, Zachariah Scrivens, Max Moorman, Freddie Audley, Gabrielle Godsell, Daniel Ogundare, Martha MacPhail, Joshua Lang, Benjamin Godsell, Leah Doyle, Freya Liddington, Cameron Kaul, Madeline Hughes, Joshua Price, Leah Larkou, Matthew Cotter, Aimee Durkin, William Tuppen, Peter Shackleford, Emily Symes, James Nuttall, Lexi Edwards & Milli Balu.
All of the lucky participants were chosen by lot, from the larger cohort of students who had attended more than 15 extra-curricular enrichment sessions across the Autumn Term.
Congratulations to the lucky winners and may this be an encouragement to all students to maintain high levels of enrichment participation, as we will continue to run regular reward trips to those students who make the most of the opportunities available to them. As always, students and parents can explore what is on offer by clicking on ‘Students’ on school’s homepage and then ‘Weekly Enrichment Timetable’.
Many thanks to Mr Carrick and Miss Miller in helping to staff the event.
