Dear Parents/Carers/Ex Year 13 Students
Following the invite into school on Thursday 5th January where your child had the opportunity to collect their exam certificates any uncollected certificates will be made available for collection from the main school reception between 9:30am and 2:00pm. Once your certificates are collected please check that you have all of the exam certificates that you are expecting from the Summer 2016 examinations. If there are any errors or discrepancies please return them with an explanation in writing (please include a contact telephone number) to the Exams Office no later than Friday 27th January 2017.
If you (student) are unable to attend to collect your certificate on this occasion we recommend collecting them in person at a later date or assigning a representative to collect them instead. If the certificates are going to be collected by a parent/guardian/sibling or friend then we will also require a letter (from the student) giving permission for the certificates to be collected as well as a photo i.d. (driving license or passport) to confirm the identification of the person collecting the certificates. We do not post out certificates as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of certificates in the post and exam boards do not produce replacements.
